The distribution and sale of this Software are for the exclusive use of the original purchaser only for use exclusively on machines privately owned by that purchaser. Unauthorized copying, duplicating, selling, or otherwise distributing the Software is a violation of Federal Copyright Law.



    Software License Agreement

    Use of this product constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions and an agreement to abide by them. The original purchaser is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under the terms in the Agreement and in any case ONLY on a single computer. You may not assign or transfer the Software or this license without the express written consent of PROLOGUE SYSTEMS. Any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. You MAY NOT copy, modify, alter, de-compile, or electronically transfer, lease or rent the Software. The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the Software. If the license terms are not acceptable, return the unused package to the PROLOGUE SYSTEMS for a full refund pursuant to its sales terms. PROLOGUE SYSTEMS disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software, the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state. The user is completely responsible for determining the fitness or usability of the SOFTWARE package. PROLOGUE SYSTEMS will not be liable for any damages, of any kind, arising from any failure of any programs in the Software package to perform as expected.
